SuperRoadMix
Mobile Asphalt Plants

Compact, highly mobile/portable, wheeled, single chassis asphalt batch mix plants.

SuperRoadMix is available with capacities of 30, 60 or 90 TPH.


Mounted on a single chassis are all the components necessary to repeatedly and reliably deliver upto 90 t/h of high quality asphalt. Comprising a twin compartment feed hopper, dryer, automatic burner, hot stone elevator, inclined vibrating screen, load- cell weighing system, twin-shaft paddle mixer, primary dust cyclones and full PLC controls.

Unique single chasis design

All the necessary components are mounted on a single chassis: Twin compartment feed hopper, dryer, automatic burner, hot stone elevator, inclined vibrating screen, loadcell weighing system, twin-shaft paddle mixer, primary dust cyclones and full PLC controls.

Fully mobile road towable

The plant is mounted on a fully mobile chassis with pneumatic tyred running gear and fifth wheel towing attachment for towing vehicle.

Fast one day on-site set-up & relocation

The screening and mixing section of the plant and the hot stone elevator are pivoted off the main plant chassis and can each be raised manually with no cranes necessary to their operating positions within minutes.

Minimum fundations required

Minimal foundations are required for installation as each unit has landing legs with support bases to ensure adequate stability.

Chasis mounted consoles

Chassis mounted consoles with all necessary push-button starters,burner controls and PLC based, automatic weighing/mixing cycles with recipe storage via a touch screen interface. Alternatively the console can be mounted in an optional control cabin.

Inverter controled exhaust fan

An inverter maintains infinitely variable speed control over the exhaust fan thereby controlling the airflow through the dryer, resulting in greater fuel economy and reduced plant energy costs.

Optional separate cold feed

For greater control over aggregate feeds the plant can be used with a separate three or four bin mobile cold feed unit with variable speed control on each feeder.

Optional control cabin

The control consoles can be mounted in an optional separate cabin.

Optional secondary dust filter

For projects in environmentally sensitive locations, the SuperRoadMix can be combined with a mobile or fixed bag filter to contain emission levels to less than 20mg/m³. Collected dust is screwed directly to the mixing section filler weigh hopper on the plant, for reintroduction into the mix.

Optional bitumen tanks

Fully mobile or transportable, hot oil or electrically heated bitumen tanks and pumping systems are available to compliment the plant.

RoadStar 1000
Mobile Asphalt Plants

With a 4 hour installation time, the wheeled, twin chassis RoadStar 1000 can have you at full production within a day of arrival on site.

Portable/mobile asphalt batch mixing plants with outputs of up to 80 TPH


Four independent feed hoppers, dryer and automatic burner are mounted on one chassis while the other carries the vertical elevator, screening, weighing and mixing tower, control cabin, primary cyclones and secondary bag filter.

Installation and erection of the main components is achievable in four hours and with the addition of a bitumen tank and reclaimed filler silo the plant can be put into full production within a day of arrival on site

Easily Transportable

Designed with total mobility in mind, each chassis can be easily transported from site-to-site and rapidly put back into operation.

Minimal Foundations

Minimal foundations are required for installation as each unit has landing legs with support bases to ensure adequate stability.

Unique Cold Feed

Set-up involves raising the spillage plates and rolling out the belt feeders. Once secured they can feed onto the collecting conveyor.

Pivoting Hot Stone Elevator

The entire mixing section is raised into position by crane and the hot stone elevator rotated into the vertical position. Optional hydraulics are available to raise the mixing tower.

Integrated Dust Filtration

Primary and secondary dust control is included on the mixing section chassis of the 2 chassis M1000 model. Parker bag filters are guaranteed to achieve less than 20mg/Nm³.

Roll-Out Control Cabin

The control cabin of the M1000 is rolled out to provide better visibility. Hand railing is assembled to provide access.

Multi Hopper Mobile Cold Feed

Multi-hopper, road mobile cold feed unit with built in collecting conveyor and dryer feed conveyor. Direct drive geared motor units give high reliability. Accurate variable speed control via AC motor and inverter.

High Efficiency Aggregate Dryer

Road mobile unit with high efficiency internal lifter design, optional insulated and clad drum. Integrated primary dust cyclones and highly efficient burner all on one chassis.

Low Level Mobile Mixing Section

Low-level, mobile unit with integral vertical hot elevator, which folds down for travelling. Heavy duty screen with fully sealed dust housing. Batch weigh hoppers for aggregate, bitumen and filler; all load-cell mounted. Fully synchronised twin shaft direct geared paddle mixer.
