The Transmix allows flexibility of configuration and layout with the plant being factory pre-wired and fully tested providing fast on site erection and dismantling.
Capable of producing a wide range of mixes to world standards, the modular semi-mobile design of the Transmix plant enables quick and easy erection and dismantling allowing for rapid and efficient movement between contracts.
Aggregate Feed Unit
Compact, robust, modular cold feed unit with a choice of number and configuration of hoppers with high accuracy AC variable speed, inverter controlled belt feeders having direct drive gear box units.
Easily transported aggregate dryer with advanced design of internal material lifters optimizing thermal efficiency for maximum heat transfer and drying. Choice of multi-fuel burners. Supported in Nylon drive support rollers and thrust rollers to reduce wear, vibration and noise.
Screening & Mixing Section
Quickly erected modular tower with heavy duty aggregate screen contained within a fully sealed dust housing. Access platform and stairways for maintenance at all levels with load cell mounted batch weigh hoppers for hot aggregates, bitumen and filler materials.
Twin shaft, direct gear/motor drive high efficiency paddle mixer. Having hard wearing replaceable abrasive resistant liner plates, paddle arms and paddle tips.
Discharge To Truck Or Mixed Material Storage Facility
Transmix is available as either a low level model with direct load-out of coated materials to truck or skip type inclined mixed material storage system or alternatively as a high level plant with direct mixed material storage silo under the mixer discharge area.
Dependent on the location of the equipment the Transmix range is available as a standard with bag filter and inverter controlled fan unit for secondary dust collection providing emission of less than 20mg/m³.
The insulated and clad control cabin is supplied with a range of advanced control options from keypad to PC based, fully automatic systems and fully programmable recipe storage and archive facilities.
