Parker Plant in partnership with CMI Roadbuilding Limited, exhibited a range of mobile, batch and continuous production asphalt plants at BAUMA 2019.
Parker displayed the 150 tph RoadStar 1500 mixing section in transport configuration and the 200 tph RoadStar 2000 mixing section and dryer in their erected operational positions, both of which are from the highly successful RoadStar range of mobile batch production asphalt plants.
The SpreadMaster chip spreader also featured, with a Tier 4 Final/EU Stage IV diesel power plant delivering 194kW and meeting the low emissions requirements for use in developed markets. Designed for use in surface dressing works, its twin variable-width front spreading hoppers and cut-off gates enable the machine to spread widths from 300mm to 4.4m without overlaps.
CMI showed its new Super-Portable Magnum 150 Bullet 150 tph counterflow drum-mix which is capable of up to 30% RAP recycling along with an E3-300 RAP-Star 300 tph counterflow drum-mix, capable of up to 50% RAP recycling, which features the industry’s longest mixing & blending zone enabling substantial fuel savings.
Making its debut in Europe, CMI's SP-3 RexPactor soil compactor attracted considerable attention with its unique single pass design, wheel configuration and exclusive open ring wheels providing bottom up compaction.
